durchstart GmbH in Zürich sucht eine/m Case Manager/-in und Job Coach (50 bis 80%). Sie begleiten Teilnehmende in den Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt, koordinieren Zuweisungen und führen Coachings durch.
Einbindung in Workshops, Dokumentation des Programmverlaufs und proaktiver Austausch mit IV/Sozialämtern gehören dazu. Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Arbeitsintegration oder Case Management mit, arbeiten kreativ und teamorientiert, und tragen zur Entwicklung des Programms bei.
