Stiftung Alterswohnen in Albisrieden sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Sozialarbeiterin / Sozialarbeiter 50% zur persönlichen Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden im Alltag und zur Begleitung ihrer Lebenssituation. Sie bauen vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Bewohnenden und Angehörigen auf, pflegen den Austausch mit Bezugspersonen und beraten bei sozialen und familiären Fragestellungen.
