* in / Pflegefachperson für die Notunterkunft für Familien am Standort Inselhofstrasse 1 in Zürich. Die 50 %-Position ist dauerhaft und fordert Flexibilität, Teamarbeit sowie Engagement in der Unterstützung von Familien in Notlagen.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören Aufnahme, Begleitung und Beratung, Vernetzung mit Partnern und die Dokumentation der Fallführung. Einsatzbereitschaft am Abend und an Wochenenden wird erwartet.
