* in für Sozialhilfe und Erwachsenenschutz am Sozialzentrum Dorflinde. Die Stelle umfasst die Leitung eines Teams von neun Sozialarbeitenden, Gestaltung der Abläufe im Erwachsenenprofil und die Umsetzung von Richtlinien, Qualität und Fachlichkeit.
Sie entwickeln das Team weiter, begleiten Veränderungsprozesse und tragen zur fachlichen sowie organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs bei.
