Lattice Flow AI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to own outcomes from first POV to renewal. You’ll define success criteria with customers, guide technical deployments, and ensure the value of our AI governance platform is clear and measurable.
You’ll collaborate with the Frontend/Deployment Engineers, manage onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal readiness, and build trusted relationships by translating usage signals into proactive actions.
