To further develop and improve our applications, we are seeking a Software Developer to join our Personal Finance & Health team. As part of a multinational Scrum team, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and review of the Comparis web applications. You will work on a .NET backend and a React frontend, solving interesting challenges across a variety of technologies.

Working within Scrum, you will actively contribute to shaping the product.

In addition to core development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to AI-powered applications by leveraging ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, internal enterprise APIs, and document-based knowledge sources. Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and deploying AI solutions into secure, scalable production environments will be highly valued.

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure services, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes in Azure.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components with React and Java script.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Work with internal teams to identify use cases and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize prompts, models, and workflows for accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
• Implement solutions for document ingestion, embedding generation, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core.
• Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML5, CSS

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile boards).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB), and vector databases.
• Experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT API, Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning/customizing LLMs.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (NUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Prior experience building enterprise chatbots, knowledge assistants, or document intelligence apps.
