Connection to external systems, mobilization via DECT, Wi‑Fi, SMS, e‑mail or 4G clients, voice recording and analysis, work flow and localization through to TMS and multi‑line contact centers.

• Good knowledge of object‑oriented programming, algorithms, data structures and software architecture
• Several years of experience with C++ and C#, either professionally or as a contributor to open source projects;
• Experience with Postgre
  
  SQL an advantage
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, fluent German or French a plus
• Ability to work in a team and the will to satisfy our customers and partners
• Enjoy working creatively with the aim of developing self‑explanatory and easy‑to‑use programs for our customers on all continents
