Cofounder​/CTO; Pilot Phase - Centralys

Context

We’re exploring an early‑stage B2B product focused on helping small and medium‑size businesses gain clearer operational understanding from systems they already operate, without adding complexity or requiring new infrastructure. The work is currently in an exploration and pilot phase, with a strong emphasis on real‑world constraints, learning, and iteration. This is not a hype‑driven project and not a pre‑defined “build‑to‑scale” roadmap.

The focus is on discovering what is genuinely useful before committing to long‑term structure.

We’re looking to collaborate with a senior technical profile who is interested in working together during the pilot phase, with the potential to evolve into a long‑term cofounder role if there is strong mutual fit. This role is hands‑on, exploratory, and pragmatic.

Helping design and build minimal, reliable technical prototypes for real‑world environments.

Working under constraints related to:

• Limited compute
• Imperfect inputs
• Operational reliability

Making informed tradeoffs between:

• Complexity and robustness
• Precision and usefulness

Collaborating closely with the founder to translate business questions into technical constraints. The emphasis is on what works in practice, not theoretical or academic perfection.

A strong fit typically has experience across multiple technical domains, such as:

• Computer science fundamentals
• Systems or low‑level engineering
• Hardware‑adjacent or resource‑constrained environments
• Applied data or signal processing
• Building and maintaining software that runs unattended

Depth in one area and curiosity for others is preferred over narrow specialization.

• Trial‑first collaboration (time‑boxed)
• Part‑time initially (compatible with full‑time employment)
• Clear scope and concrete deliverables
