At Orderfox, we’re building AI agents that don’t just analyse manufacturing data - they act on it. They identify the right suppliers, reveal hidden capacity, and help industrial companies make faster, smarter decisions. To do that well, we need sharp internal tools: platforms that connect our teams, systems that test and iterate on our agents, and integrations that tie everything together.

These tools are built with agentic workflows (Claude Agents SDK, Lang Graph) and need to keep evolving.

That’s where you come in.

In this 6-month internship in AI Development, you’ll work alongside senior developers to build and extend these systems. This is vibe coding in practice: AI-assisted development with Claude Code and Cursor, every day, on production systems with real users.

You’ll learn modern agentic development patterns, ship real code, and build strong engineering momentum. If it’s a strong match, there’s a path to a permanent role at the end.

• Build and extend internal tools that connect engineering, product, and sales.
• Contribute to agentic systems - real agent orchestration using Claude Agents SDK and Lang Graph.
• Ship features end-to-end with AI assistance - from prompt to PR to production.

By the end of your internship, you’ll have hands‑on experience with:

• AI‑assisted software development - using Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to ship faster and better.
• Agentic architectures - how modern AI agents are built, orchestrated, and tested (Claude Agents SDK, Lang Graph).
• Production engineering - working in real codebases with real users (not tutorials or sandboxes).
• Startup pace - prioritisation, trade‑offs, and shipping under constraints.
• Collaboration - working alongside senior developers, contributing to shared roadmaps, and code review culture.

You don’t need to be an expert in agents already - what matters most is how you learn and build:

• Education:
  
  currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• AI‑native instinct:
  Claude, Cursor, and Copilot are your first reach, not your last resort.
• Solid programming fundamentals: you can read code, debug, and reason about systems (Python, Type Script, etc.).
• Curiosity over credentials: you learn fast and aren’t afraid to break things (safely).
• You’ll stand out if you bring: experience with agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Agents SDK) - cloud platform exposure (especially Azure) - side projects that show you build for fun (Github, demos, apps, tools)

Required:

Swiss, EU, or EFTA citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit - and availability to work on‑site in Zurich.

This internship probably won’t be right for you if:

• You prefer being told exactly what to do.
• You’re looking for a fully remote internship.
• You want to observe rather than build and ship.
