• Maintain our infrastructure (Pipelines, Kubernetes, Security)
• Develop and maintain our AI‑powered contract analysis platform
• Design, implement, and test new features
• Optimize our microservices architecture for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with our product team to turn customer requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
• Architect AI‑enabled features together with our team

• 7+ years of experience in full‑stack development
• Focus or experience with devops technologies (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Able to build a full feature from frontend to backend
• Either proficient in frontend or backend or both (Angular, Typescript, Python)
• Experience with databases (SQL) and APIs
• Nice to have:
  Experience with MLOps and AI
• Fluent in English, and ideally German
• Swiss working permit
• Quick learner with the courage and creativity to tackle complex challenges
• Self‑motivated team player with strong organizational skills and a flexible mindset
