We are actively hiring engineers who want to work hands‑on at the frontier of agentic AI. You will design and build core components of our platform: from Python-based backends and ML pipelines to React frontends and system integrations. You will collaborate with product, design and research colleagues to turn prototypes into enterprise‑grade applications.

You will operate at the intersection of research and product: experimenting with LLMs and agent frameworks, implementing scalable systems and ensuring solutions meet the performance, compliance and governance needs of global enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, high‑caliber team, working end‑to‑end on problems that combine cutting‑edge AI with real‑world business impact.

• Build core components of our platform, spanning both backend and frontend:
  Python-based backends, APIs, SDKs, MCP servers, and React/Type Script frontends
• Contribute to the development of Autonomous Agents and support seamless integration with heterogeneous enterprise systems
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support taxonomy/ontology, orchestration logic, and marketing agents
• Apply best practices in software engineering: sustainable design choices, CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Serverless)
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers and designers to turn prototypes into enterprise‑ready applications
• Build lightweight agents, workflow automations and internal tools to mirror how marketing technologists will use the platform
• Participate actively in design discussions and help shape technical decisions for the stack in a growing startup environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building APIs, SDKs and backend services
• Proficiency in React/Type Script, comfortable building and maintaining front‑end applications and working with agentic coding tools
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks is desirable (e.g. Pydantic AI, Lang Graph) and willingness to deepen skills quickly
• Ability to develop Agents using context engineering (prompts, skills, etc.)
• Strong approach to systems thinking; understanding and appreciation of holistic system behaviour and characteristics; ability to explain design choices and rationale in the context of the system and product goals
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker) and Dev Ops principles; hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Contributed to product testing using automation tools for integration and E2E testing
• Awareness of how multi‑tenant, cloud‑based solutions are architected
• Startup mentality: hands‑on, pragmatic, able to shift between backend, frontend and integration work as needed
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work closely with colleagues across engineering, product, design and research
• Comfortable taking the initiative without close supervision; identifying and suggesting solutions to problems and sharing your insights and knowledge across the team
• Willing to be in Zurich for in‑person working days (3 days/week)
• Fluent in English
