AI Engineer – Agentic Systems

Salary: CHF 120' per year

• Design and implement AI solutions for complex use cases, including large language model orchestration and hybrid human-AI collaboration.
• Research and prototype novel approaches in areas such as agentic coordination, intent understanding, and knowledge grounding.
• Deploy scalable, production-grade systems that integrate across a wide range of enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate closely with MLOps and engineering teams to ensure secure, high-performance system delivery.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and real-world performance to deliver measurable business impact.

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong Python programming skills with clean, modular, production-ready code.
• Experience with large language models, orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Graph).
• Solid understanding of ML system design, including integration with real-world software infrastructure.
