We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off‑cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology. You’ll get to work as a full stack developer for the core Model/AI Development Platform Risk Lab AICE for various UBS business divisions, contribute to Dev Ops processes, work on industry‑leading Machine Learning and GenAI frameworks, become a product champion on Microsoft Azure products, and collaborate with data scientists and IT.

• Work as a full stack developer for the core Model / AI Development Platform Risk Lab AICE for various UBS business divisions
• Contribute to Dev Ops processes and set up optimal data science, ML and GenAI code release CI/CD pipeline
• Work on industry‑leading Machine Learning and GenAI frameworks and in‑house developed AI Model / AI development environment
• Be a product champion on Microsoft Azure products such as Azure Databricks, Azure Kubernetes Services and Machine Learning and GenAI products
• Communicate with UBS data scientists and IT to understand and solve their business problems

You will be part of the UBS Risk AI CoE team (Center of Excellence). The Risk Lab AI CoE develops and maintains the official Model/AI development platform for the entire UBS.

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Passion for programming and problem solving
• Good understanding of object‑oriented programming, functional programming paradigm, data structures and algorithms
• Excellent understanding and hands‑on experience in full‑stack development
• Proficiency in Python programming and GUI development frameworks such as React, with good understanding of both OO and functional programming paradigm
• Experience with Type Script and exposure to Machine Learning, MLOps and Generative AI framework such as MLFlow and Lang Chain (considered an advantage)
• Exposure to container technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, versioning technology such as Git Lab, and build pipelines
