- Deliver high-quality, production-grade React and Type Script code for complex financial applications
- Take ownership of complex frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability
- Partner closely with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Address advanced frontend challenges such as state management, performance optimization, and integration with distributed backend systems
- Proactively refactor and modernize existing codebases where required
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in both development and production environments
- Contribute actively in an agile, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment
- Deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems, tools, and frameworks (React, Node.js, build tooling)
- Proven experience working with design systems and large, shared component libraries
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Exposure to API security, OAuth2, and related standards
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
