Frontend Engineer

• EVERYMAN is scaling and looking for a Frontend Engineer to own the public face of its digital-first healthcare platform
• You will build, ship, and maintain beautiful, fast, and effective web pages, emails, and web apps across a modern Type Script/Astro/React/Tailwind stack
• The role is ideal for a high-agency engineer with a refined eye for design who ships independently to production and reasons clearly about the code LLMs produce
• You will join a small, fast-moving team of experienced builders focused on scalable, high-quality health outcomes with thoughtful use of LLMs

Everyman Health is a fast-growing company building an approachable, digital-first medical practice in Switzerland to support men and women (under the Everyman and Everywoman brands) with science-backed end-to-end treatments in their pursuit of health and performance. We are a small team of experienced builders, driven by a desire to deliver effective, high-quality health outcomes  value the ability to do deep, focused work.

We use LLMs extensively without relinquishing human reasoning. We value kindness. We move fast.

• Ship beautiful experiences: Build, deploy, and maintain beautiful, fast, and effective web pages in collaboration with a commercial lead and a designer. You’ll make heavy use of LLMs, but you can reason clearly about the code they output and iterate effectively. Our current stack is Type Script, Astro, React, and Tailwind; we are open to evolve that.
• Modern email architecture: Own our email templates, using modern tools to build robust emails that render cleanly across devices and clients.
• Optimisation & insights: Critically analyze user behavior with tools like Clarity, run occasional user testing sessions, and use those insights to eliminate friction and improve conversion rates.
• Improve our systems: Build a component system, set up automated page-speed tests, add a link-validation checker, integrate translation management for our static pages, set up LLM agents to continually find opportunities for improvement, and streamline our asset serving and image catalogue.

• Great taste: You have a refined eye and intuition for design — typography, spacing, colours, contrast — and high standards that enable you to take a sketch and ship it fully formed to production.
• Performance-minded: You know that premium, intentional design is a foundation for user trust. You understand that a page must drive user action, not just look good, so you think critically about user psychology, affordances, mappings, friction, and clear calls-to-action.
• Driven by reasoning: You can separate your identity from your ideas; you care more about finding the best solution than being right. You reason clearly about UI/UX trade-offs, visual hierarchy, and user flows.
• High Agency: You manifest determination to make things happen, sustained over long periods of time. You’re a self-starter who doesn't need someone to tell you what to do next.
