Software Developer, Embedded Systems​/ Firmware​/ IoT, Unix​/Linux

We are seeking an Embedded Software Developer with previous experience and knowledge of embedded programming or proven experience in similar safety‑critical environments, to join advanced projects within the Defense and Aerospace sector. The role is focused on the development of software for complex, mission‑critical systems, where robustness, precision, and adherence to stringent engineering standards are essential. You will work in a highly technical environment, contributing to the design, implementation, integration, and verification of software components for next‑generation defense platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain software embedded solutions;
• Work on safety‑critical, real‑time, and embedded systems;
• Contribute to system integration activities in complex defense environments;
• Collaborate with system engineers, avionics specialists and simulation teams;
• Support verification and validation activities aligned with industry standards (e.g., DO-178C or equivalent);
  Analyze system and software requirements and translate them into robust implementations;
• Participate in technical reviews and ensure high‑quality software delivery;
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation

• Knowledge of real‑time and embedded systems;
• Familiarity with standards such as DO-178C, MIL-STD and others;
• Experience with C/C++ or other low‑level/system programming languages;
• Exposure to simulation or avionics integration environments
