Company Overview

Lum Apps is more than an Employee Experience Platform—it is an AI-powered Employee Hub that supports companies in their digital transformation of communication, collaboration, and engagement with their customers, partners, and employees.

Our platform is a proven leader in the dynamic market with a unique vision and product. It has been deployed by Fortune 500 clients around the world and delivers meaningful business benefits. Lum Apps is identified as a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Intranet Packaged Solutions as well as in Intranets Forrester Wave, and is regularly selected for the French Tech Next

In 2025, Lum Apps strengthened its leadership position by partnering with Beekeeper, a pioneer in frontline employee experience solutions. This strategic collaboration expands our reach and impact across all types of workers—from HQ to the frontline.

Our mission:
To make people feel that they belong and have a purpose. To create an environment where all employees are engaged and work together towards the same goal.

Over 700 leading companies trust our solution to improve productivity, transform employees into ambassadors, make employees more efficient and better connected, reduce turnover, accelerate onboarding, better collaborate, share knowledge, and improve customer experiences.

Team and Initiative

The Enterprise AI Challenge:
While the market focuses on Generative AI prototypes, the true challenge for global enterprises lies in production and scale. Our high‑velocity initiative solves the "Last Mile Integration" problem, bridging our core platform and customer value.

  • Enterprise Integration: Architect the middleware and custom connectors required to bridge Lum Apps AI with systems like SAP, Workday, or Service Now.
  • Field Feedback Loop: Act as the vanguard for the Core R&D team, identify systemic integration patterns in the field, contribute code to harden and evolve the core platform, and abstract custom solutions into scalable, repeatable industry vertical packs.
  • Developer Evangelism: Create plug‑and‑play integration templates, code snippets, and technical articles to showcase best practices and enable the broader ecosystem.
