This is a full‑time position. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (if you are not located in the Zurich area), the role will be based remotely from Germany or Austria or onsite in Zurich.

As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month — these visits are financially supported by BLP.

You'll help customers reimagine their processes, maximize automation rates, and turn their AI initiatives into measurable success.

• Own the implementation journey end‑to‑end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers' unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client's trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp's automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long‑term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.
