While much of the industry has moved to APIs, high‑stakes bookings, like weddings, conferences, and group travel, are still managed through fragmented emails and manual data entry into legacy systems. Lobby is the AI‑native orchestration layer changing this. Rather than building chatbots, we develop intelligent agents that understand, negotiate, and execute bookings directly within the core infrastructure of global travel brands, transforming unstructured requests into seamless, end‑to‑end workflows.

Having just closed our pre‑seed round, we are now scaling our team to further develop this new category of software.

The Challenge

• Reliability at Scale:
  How do we guarantee an AI does not misquote a $50k wedding?
• The “Unstructured” Problem:
  Building robust pipelines that turn chaotic human intent into clean, schema‑perfect API calls.
• Low Latency / High Context:
  Optimizing orchestration so the AI feels like a proactive team member, not a slow script.
