  Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive user adoption in industrial environments.

  Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and maintain project continuity in high-pressure, international settings.
• Travel:
  Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%) and comfortable working directly in customer environments.
