Senior Salesforce Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a global technology team and help shape the next generation of intelligent, scalable Salesforce solutions.

This is an AI-first engineering role. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with modern AI capabilities to design and build intelligent solutions that improve customer experiences, automate complex processes, accelerate development, and unlock new business value.

The ideal candidate is not simply an experienced Salesforce developer—to you is curious about how AI can fundamentally change the way software is designed, developed, tested, operated, and experienced by users.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
• Build high-quality Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Leverage Salesforce’s evolving AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, AI-powered automation, and intelligent agents, where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and intelligent automation to business processes and developer workflows.
• Design solutions that combine Salesforce data, enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services.
• Evaluate AI use cases and translate business problems into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted software development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and incident resolution.
• Analyse technical complexity, architectural risks, security considerations, data quality, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical architecture and participate in discussions around the future evolution of the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and ensure robust engineering standards.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and production issues.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce solutions through automation, AI, simplification, and modern engineering practices.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including architecture decisions and AI solution designs.
• Mentor developers and actively share knowledge across the engineering community.
• Stay current with emerging developments in Salesforce, AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, automation, and software engineering.

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
