At Prompt Partner, we're building AI automation systems that replace manual work for European businesses. We've come a long way with the product. Now we're bringing in Founding Engineers who want to help launch, scale, and drive things forward—technically, strategically, and culturally.

As a Founding Engineer, you'll shape both the product and the company. This is a 0-to-1 role with real influence—on architecture, on roadmap, on culture.

• Build core systems — APIs, integrations, automation infrastructure
• Make architecture decisions — no one's going to hand you a spec
• Ship features fast — from idea to production in days, not months
• Work directly with customers — understand problems, deliver solutions
• Set the technical bar — your code becomes the standard for future hires
• Influence product direction — you're not just executing, you're deciding

This isn't optional. We're an AI company building with AI.

• Claude Code as your primary development environment—fluency required
• Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf or similar AI coding assistants daily
• Writing PRDs and specs that AI tools can execute effectively
• Building and orchestrating AI agents using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience with Claude API, GPT APIs for building AI-powered features
• Using Google Stitch, v0.dev or similar for rapid prototyping
• Staying current with AI dev tools—things change weekly, we adapt faster
• You should be pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI-assisted development

You're a builder  thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and want your fingerprints on every part of the product.

• You learned to code before you knew what a "tech career" was
• You write code that's clean, purposeful, and a joy to build on
