• Contribute to and deliver initiatives and BAU activities in the Supply & Demand Planning area.
• Hands‑on technical development of planning models as an Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Specialist, taking responsibility for backend/frontend building activities as well as integrations to other systems and Anaplan models.
• Execute Anaplan initiatives and projects across key delivery phases (technical design, model building, testing, go-live support, and maintenance).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into value‑adding Anaplan solutions.
• Communicate technical outcomes and their consequences effectively to different stakeholders.
• Build Anaplan models in accordance with Anaplan best practices and implementation principles.
• Document and maintain On's planning models to ensure they are logical, robust, and performant.
• Provide guidance and end‑user support to raise competence, awareness, and technical skills in relation to planning.

• 3+ years of proven hands‑on experience designing, developing, and managing complex Anaplan models.
• Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP).
• Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimization.
• Experience in solution design and model building within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder credentials required;
  Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Ana planner is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
