We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Airfreight Operator (m/f/d) to join our Zurich team as soon as possible.

• Bookingwithairlinesforexportandreleaseconsignmentwithcargohandlersforimport
• Establishmentoftransportdocuments(AWB,E-dec,PL,invoices)
• Prepareclaimsandquotationstocustomerandnetwork
• Arrange pick-upandlastmiledeliverytransportationasperinstructions
• File invoicing,monitoringEventsandarchivingfiles
• Dailycommunicationwith4PL,control tower

• aminimumof5years’experiencewithininternationalAirfreighttransportation
• Understandingprocessof Zurich Airporthandlingagents ,importandexport
• Self-driven,dynamic,withacan-doattitudeandstrongteamspirit
• Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsin English and German
• Stress-resistantandabletohandleemergencies
• Detailedknowledgeofthelogistics/transportation industry,particularlyseafreight
• Excellentknowledgeof Incoterms
