Executive Chauffeur Coordinator

Overview

We provide safe and secure ground transfers to senior executives and their guests, while proactively managing the company’s own fleet of vehicles. Our goal is to keep Zurich moving by ensuring every vehicle is maintained in exceptional operating condition and every executive is transported comfortably and safely.

• Oversee the Executive Chauffeur team and coordinate all transportation needs within the team.
• Organise transportation for senior leaders and board members.
• Ensure executives are transported in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner.
• Carry out general travel assignments, including outside regular working hours.
• Take responsibility for assigned vehicles, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
• Manage fleet operations.
• Handle contracts and agreements with external providers.

• Fully qualified/licensed limousine, bus or other people transportation professional chauffeur with all CH driving permits (BPT/121).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the limousine/VIP-transportation or hospitality industry.
• Positive, confident and service-oriented personality.
• Strong verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Dynamic and fit.
• Discreet, polite and highly reliable with a clean criminal record.
• Resident within 45 minutes of the Zurich headquarters.
