As Ocean Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end ocean freight operations, driving performance, efficiency, and service excellence across key trade lanes.

• Lead and develop a high-performing ocean operations team
• Oversee FCL & LCL shipments from booking through to final delivery
• Optimise carrier relationships and negotiate competitive rates
• Improve operational KPIs: cost control, transit times, service levels
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting
• Act as the critical link between operations, commercial teams, and clients
