Ervaring met het volkshuisvestingsprogramma en beleidsadvisering is gewenst. De functie vereist geen nadrukkelijke communicatieve rol, maar vraagt om inhoudelijke ondersteuning bij wettelijke beleidsontwikkeling en bestuursadvisering.
