Responsibilities
Coordinate staffing schedules for clients, ensuring each shift is staffed with the right people at the right time.
Maintain ongoing communication with temporary workers, clients, and team members.
Assist with organization of housing and transportation for temporary workers.
Use performance metrics such as occupancy rates and fulfillment levels to maintain high service quality.
Job Requirements
Minimum MBO-level education or equivalent experience, preferably with planning experience in the staffing industry.
Strong communicator with excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of an additional Eastern European language is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and KPIs.
Ability to take responsibility for work and persuade stakeholders to improve planning effectiveness.
Valid SEU certificate or willingness to obtain one.
