Vitens is a leading water company working towards sustainable drinking water supply. The role is a Project Leader for Design & Construction (Ontwerp & Aanleg) within the Flevoland regional team, based primarily in Zwolle, with occasional travel to Almere.

Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat
As a project leader, you will manage a variety of projects from start to finish: refurbishments, reconstructions, and the construction of new main pipelines within your area. You will use expertise from our engineers, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders such as grid operators, municipalities, provinces, and contractors. Responsibilities include defining scope, evaluating projects, securing budgets, and accurate documentation and financial administration.

Functie‑eisen

Minimum MBO 4 diploma; HBO is a pre‑requisite.

Minimum three years project experience (preferably Prince2), ideally in a similar organization.

Strong communication, analytical and structured, result‑oriented team player.

Relevant experience and affinity with the infrastructure sector is desirable.

The Design & Construction department divides the Flevoland region, collaborating closely with engineers and project leaders to realize drinking water pipeline projects. The regional team works together on overarching issues with (senior) colleagues inside and outside the team.
