Hanzebouw B.V. in Zwolle zoekt een ervaren voorman bouw die kleine restauratieklussen van start tot oplevering aanstuurt. Je geeft leiding aan het team, communiceert met de opdrachtgever en zorgt voor veiligheid en materieelbeheer op de bouwplaats.
Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding bouwkunde of vergelijkbare ervaring met meerdere jaren als voorman, en je beschikt over kennis van bouwmaterialen en tekenprogramma's. Een collegiale, oplossingsgerichte houding is vereist.
