Tria Con zoekt een Junior Specialist Conditiemeten NEN
2767. Je stelt een juiste en volledige meerjarenonderhoudsplanning (MJOP) op en inspecteert woningen en vastgoedobjecten. Vooraf maak je afspraken met bewoners of beheerders en controleer je bouwtekeningen op juistheid.
Je bepaalt aanwezige materialen en volumes en beoordeelt bouwkundige gebreken zoals schilderwerk. Bevindingen verwerk en interpreteer je in een softwareprogramma om onderhoudsdata inzichtelijk te maken.
