Van Mossel Kia Zwolle zoekt een serviceadviseur die als gezicht van de vestiging optreedt. Je ontvangt klanten met een grote glimlach en vertaalt technische vragen naar advies voor de werkplaats. Je maakt werkorders aan, verwerkt werkzaamheden en bewaakt de planning.
Daarnaast behandel je vragen over facturen en garantie en draag je bij aan een soepele klantbeleving. Een fulltime dienstverband is vereist met aandacht voor service en klanttevredenheid.
