Roscom is in Zwolle op zoek naar een Klantenservice Medewerker die klanten telefonisch te woord staat en helpt met vragen. Je plant afspraken voor monteurs, verwerkt gegevens en verzorgt administratieve afhandeling.
Je werkt in een prettige, leerzame omgeving waar je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen. Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en communicatief sterk, beschikbaar voor minimaal 18 uur per week en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.
