What Will You Do?
As  Lead Engineer Primary , you’ll be responsible for the design and integration of primary high-voltage components and systems—from concept through execution. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensure technical excellence across all project phases.

Your key responsibilities include:

Translating functional designs and customer requirements into detailed technical solutions and project plans

Designing and verifying integrated high-voltage systems aligned with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements

Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and calculations for execution

Leading both internal and external engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration from basic design to project delivery

Supporting the Technical Manager in developing detailed execution designs and managing project interfaces

Identifying design bottlenecks, conducting quality checks, and ensuring optimal technical performance

What Do You Bring?
You’re a driven, technically skilled professional who thrives in complex and high-stakes engineering environments.

You bring:

A bachelor’s degree in  Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering , or a comparable technical field

Proven knowledge of  high-voltage components  such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, transformers, and related structures

A solid understanding of  electrical networks (high voltage)  and  power engineering  principles

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills

The ability to translate technical complexity into practical, high-quality engineering outcomes
