Contractmanager

Do you want to take commercial and technical responsibility within leading sustainable energy projects? At ENERCON, we are looking for an enthusiastic Contract Manager who makes an impact from tender phase through project delivery.

In this role, you support Sales during tenders, prepare and control project budgets, negotiate commercial offers, and manage contracts and claims with customers and subcontractors. You work closely with project managers and engineers, ensuring that risks, opportunities, and project performance are continuously monitored and well controlled.

Gross monthly salary of up to €7,922 plus a 4% bonus

40 days off (27 vacation days + 13 ADV days)

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Technical Business Administration

At least 5 years of experience in contract management, claims management, or cost engineering

Strong negotiation skills and experience in budget control and stakeholder management
