/pp Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance, to ensure that all systems and equipment are commissioned and started up correctly.

/pp Manage a team of commissioning and start-up specialists, providing direction, coaching, and support as needed.

/pp Monitor and report on the progress of commissioning activities, identifying any issues and developing solutions to address them.

/pp Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that all parties are aligned on the commissioning and start-up plans and schedules.

/pp Develop and implement a validation plan for equipment, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product quality specifications.

/pp Manage the certification process for food safety and quality systems, including ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and BRC Global Standards.

/pp Identify and manage risks associated with the commissioning and start-up phase of the project, with a particular focus on food safety and quality.
