Een uitdagende functie binnen een betrokken team, met de mogelijkheid om bij te dragen aan de kwaliteit van de Wmo-uitvoering. Je hebt een relevante HBO- of WO-opleiding en ervaring in het sociaal domein. Een salaris conform de gemeentelijke CAO wordt aangeboden.
