Managed Intelligence Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

Lead one of the most significant shifts in the global IT channel by guiding Managed Service Providers to become Managed Intelligence Providers and turning AI insights into commercial impact across EMEA.

• Act as a trusted transformation partner—part consultant, coach, and commercial catalyst.
• Lead white‑glove transformation journeys with senior partner leaders, building trust and maintaining momentum.
• Convert insights into 90‑day and 6‑month roadmaps, defining milestones and practical implementation steps.
• Coach partners to conduct transformation conversations with their customers, improving confidence and capability.
• Drive adoption of AI, data, and new service models, helping partners package and ope rationalise repeatable offers.
• Create measurable commercial impact through pipeline creation, recurring revenue models, and progress tracking against transformation goals.
• Track outcomes using clear metrics, tagging, and reporting to ensure visible and scalable impact.
• Coordinate across Pax8 teams (enablement, services, sales, marketing, product) to remove blockers and deliver a seamless partner experience.
• Feed partner insights back into programme evolution, refining playbooks and scalable approaches.

• Substantial experience with Managed Service Providers or adjacent channel ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of partner growth, sales, and service delivery.
• Native fluent German (mandatory) and English (written and spoken); native Dutch a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and conduct high‑quality business conversations.
• Strong commercial instinct, linking transformation to services, pipeline, recurring revenue, and tangible outcomes.
• Comfortable operating as a hybrid consultant, operator, and coach in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills, able to translate complex ideas into clear, motivating action.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and wider EMEA to support partner engagement and key events.

Hybrid role based in Frankfurt and Zwolle with travel across Germany and EMEA.

• Salary €70,000–€98,000, depending on experience and location.
