De ICT Servicedesk Medewerker bij de Politie is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen en incidenten rondom ICT. Je zorgt ervoor dat meldingen juist worden opgepakt en verstoringen beperkt blijven, zodat medewerkers efficiënt kunnen blijven werken.
Je behandelt ICT-meldingen, ondersteunt bij hardware, software en digitale werkplekken, beheert accounts en rechten, en schakelt complexere issues door naar tweede- en derdelijns support.
