SAP Test Lead; S​/Hana)

Position: #32015 - SAP Test Lead (S/4 Hana)
As an SAP Test Lead focused on S/4 HANA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful testing and implementation of S/4 HANA projects. You will lead testing efforts that span across various SAP modules, ensuring integration and system functionality aligns with business requirements. This role demands a strategic approach to testing, meticulous planning, and effective leadership to manage testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities   Coordinate the approval process for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scopes with various team and department leads, ensuring all inquiries and comments are thoroughly addressed.
Collaborate with process owners to determine and prioritize UAT scenarios.
Confirm readiness of ERP systems and any integrated legacy platforms for testing, coordinating with relevant teams if a testing environment needs to be established.
Align with data migration teams on the strategy for test data creation.
Assist in developing UAT materials and lead test execution briefing sessions.
Manage the preparation and execution of tests during UAT phases.
Generate and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and testing outcomes to management, highlighting progress and any issues.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the UAT execution team and oversee defect management processes.
Coordinate with testing coordinators from legacy systems to focus on remaining test scripts and unresolved issues.
Skills & Experience   At least 5 years of experience in leading SAP testing for large-scale, complex projects, including a minimum of three full lifecycle projects, one of which should involve an S/4

HANA implementation.
Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting risks and issues to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Knowledge and experience with SAP processes such as Source to Pay (S2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Finance, Procure to Manage (P2M), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM).
Proficiency in using SAP Focused Build or similar tools for Test Management.
A comprehensive understanding of best practices in testing for major ERP implementations.
Strong skills in creating and interpreting reports through dashboards and test management tools.
Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.
