East Carolina University is seeking student workers for the Global Understanding program to provide technical support in on-campus GU courses. You will help with computers, videoconferencing links, chat programs, and troubleshooting during class sessions.
Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and able to deliver good customer service with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Training will be provided before the semester starts.
