ArtEZ University of the Arts zoekt een Facilitair Coördinator voor Zwolle die leiding geeft aan twee facilitaire teams op de Conservatorium en de Academie voor Art & Design/Theater & Dans. Je rapporteert aan het hoofd Huisvesting en Facilitaire Zaken en bewaakt planning en kwaliteit.
Je hebt een mbo+ opleiding, ruime leidinggevende ervaring in facilitaire dienstverlening en kennis van gebouwbeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met onderwijs en leveranciers en beheert arbo- en veiligheidsaspecten.
