With ambitious growth plans and ongoing investments in technical innovation and strategic development, this is an exciting time to join Eaton and help shape the future of Electrical Services across EMEA.As the EMEA Services Power Distribution Installation & Commissioning Manager, you will lead a team of specialist engineers delivering commissioning and fault-finding support on Eaton's strategic projects across EMEA. Combining technical leadership with people management, you will drive operational excellence, team development, safety, and project execution while supporting the continued growth of Eaton's Electrical Services business.

What you’ll do:

Lead, develop, and manage a team of EMEA Power Distribution engineers supporting strategic projects across the region

Drive commissioning, fault finding, and technical execution while promoting Eaton's Zero Safety Culture Support project planning and resource scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers Provide technical leadership for commissioning activities across major customer projects

Ensure effective utilisation, training, development, and performance management of the engineering team Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all activities

Manage team administration including scheduling, expenses, holidays, and workforce planning

Identify and coordinate training, certification, and competency development requirements

Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new engineers

Foster collaboration across Power Distribution, Power Quality, and EPMS service teams

Qualifications:

Relevant Engineering qualification or a Degree
10+ years of technical experience in power distribution, commissioning, or electrical services

Proven people management and leadership experience

Strong technical background in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations

Skills:

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities

Experience managing field-based engineering teams across multiple locations

Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence

Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and support strategic growth initiatives
