Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Logistics & Production Planner (SAP ECC / Operations) to support planning and logistics execution within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuity and reliability across the supply chain, particularly during an ongoing ERP system transition. The position requires a hands-on professional who can execute planning activities in SAP, manage operational disruptions, and collaborate across teams to maintain a stable and efficient planning process.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of day-to-day production planning activities, ensuring continuity and accuracy of plans
- Execute planning tasks directly in SAP ECC, covering both production and warehouse processes
- Monitor IDocs and system performance, identify disruptions, and take corrective actions
- Coordinate with IT support teams by raising and following up on tickets to resolve system issues
- Translate operational challenges into structured process improvements
- Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions across departments
- Act as a key contact for SAP planning-related topics and contribute to system and process stability
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Production, QA, and Operations teams
- Coordinate with external logistics service providers for storage and movement of materials (raw materials, packaging, finished goods)
- Ensure effective communication and coordination in a fast-paced operational environment
- Support data analysis and reporting, including creation of dashboards or insights using Power BI (if applicable)
- Contribute to a smooth transition toward updated ERP systems by ensuring planning continuity
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working level)
- 5–8 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (production planning and warehouse modules)
- Proven ability to execute planning activities directly within SAP
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement to distribution)
- Ability to identify issues and drive continuous process improvements
- Experience supporting or working within ERP system transitions (e.g., SAP S/4
HANA) is a plus - Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, or pharma environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in Dutch is mandatory;
English is a plus
