LOAVIES was founded 13 years ago and with our weekly new drops we are able to stay on‑trend and relevant to our customers. We work together with a passionate team of 65+ professionals to design and market our collections. Our customers tell us that they love us and by expanding we want to make sure that even more young fashion‑minded can enjoy our brand and feel awesome, confident and proud.

As Social Advertising Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing all our social media advertising campaigns. You'll mainly work with platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest and Snapchat. You'll focus on creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience and ensure we spend our budget as smartly as possible. You'll report to our Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with our campaign team and advertising agency.

• Daily management and optimization of social advertising campaigns on Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Snapchat
• Setting up new campaigns with the right audiences, budgets and creatives
• Monitoring campaign performance and making data‑driven optimizations
• Testing different ad formats, audiences and creatives to discover what works best
• Reporting on key KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversions and revenue
• Collaborating with our advertising agency and internal teams to improve campaigns
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and features on social advertising platforms

You're excited to use your social advertising knowledge at LOAVIES and want to learn and grow in this role. This is what we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with social media advertising (Meta and/or Tik Tok)
• You're analytical and can translate data into concrete actions
• You're proactive and dare to take initiative
• You're eager to learn and like to stay on top of the latest trends and features
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager
• Knowledge of analytics tools (such as GA4) is a plus
• Experience with advertising tools like Smartly is a plus, but not required
• You love fashion and e‑commerce and understand what our target audience likes
