Wilhelmina van Sonsbeeck is een zorghuis in de Zwolse binnenstad waar ouderen met dementie kleinschalig wonen. Je combineert verpleegkundige zorg op de vloer met teamleiderschap en samenwerking met behandelaren en familie.
Je beschikt over een mbo-niveau 4 diploma Verpleegkundige, hebt een geldige BIG-registratie en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in ouderenzorg. Een VOG is vereist en er geldt een contract voor onbepaalde tijd bij 28–32 uur per week.
