Zorgspectrum Het Zand in Zwolle zoekt een Verzorgende IG (nacht) die de nacht tot haar of zijn domein maakt, met NAH-begeleiding en een kalme, warme aanpak. Je voert verzorgende handelingen uit volgens het zorgleefplan en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag.
Je werkt zelfstandig met structuur en veiligheid voor bewoners met NAH. Een hecht team, ontwikkeling via scholing en een vast contract bieden ruimte om te groeien in de nacht.
