Careforz B.V. zoekt een Verzorgende IG voor thuiszorg in Zwolle en Genemuiden. Je werkt 28 uur per week, met ochtend- en avonddiensten en af en toe in het weekend, om ouderen thuis zelfstandig te laten wonen.
Je voert verpleegtechnische taken uit, bewaakt gezondheid en signaleert veranderingen. Je werkt zelfstandig in wijkteams met moderne hulpmiddelen en hebt ruimte voor professionele groei.
