Store Supervisor JD

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead by example: support and inspire the team on the shop floor, creating a positive energetic environment where teamwork thrives.
• Support target achievement: help drive sales and contribute to the store’s performance and profitability goals.
• Customer Service excellence: ensure every customer receives top‑level service, making them feel welcome and encouraging repeat visits.
• Operations support: assist in day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed.
• Visual Merchandising: help maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store always looks engaging and on‑brand.
• Develop your team: coach and support team members, helping them improve their skills and performance.
• JD culture & standards: represent the JD attitude and ensure the team reflects the brand’s energy and style.
• People support: assist with onboarding new team members and ensuring HR policies are followed.
• Safety first: help ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and will be supported by all JD departments:
Retail, Visual Merchandising, People, Customer Service, and Profit Protection.

• Experience:
  
  previous experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or team‑leading role.
• Team player mindset: ability to motivate and support others.
• Top communication skills: confident verbal and written communication.
• Tech skills: basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.
