Lidl Nederland zoekt een supermarktmanager voor een filiaal, verantwoordelijk voor financiën, commercie en operatie, en het aansturen van ongeveer 35 collega’s om de winkel aantrekkelijk te houden en de schappen te vullen.
Je vertaalt jaardoelstellingen naar wekelijkse doelen, werkt samen met het filiaalmanagementteam en rekruteert en begeleidt medewerkers. Het salaris start vanaf €4.062,22 bruto per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek, inclusief 8% adv-toeslag en pensioenregeling.
